Scotch Myst Oracle Cards

These “Scotch Myst” oracle cards have a Scottish mystical theme. The name of the deck is a play on the words ‘Scotch mist’ which is a dense coastal fog that often sweeps in from the North Sea, particularly along Scotland’s east coast. The fog can suddenly envelop the landscape, creating an eerie yet beautiful mist that blankets everything in its path. The phrase ‘Scotch mist’ is also used humorously to refer to something that is hard to find or which doesn’t exist, something imagined. Ironically, the term can also be used to describe something that is right in front of you that you just can’t quite see. I thought “Scotch Myst” a fitting way to describe mysticism in general. As any modern mystic worth their salt knows, to use one’s intuition is to blend the imagination with creativity to view the untouchable and unseen through extra sensory perception (ESP). What you seek is always right in front of you, you need only to peer through the mysterious swirling fog. Use these beautiful cards to sharpen your vision.
